Diane Leahy, M.S., CCC-A
Audiologist
I have been an Audiologist since 1992. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Audiology from Illinois State University in 1992. I have a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. I specialize in hearing aid fitting and hearing rehabilitation for Adult patients.
I have worked in a variety of settings during my career. I have worked in medical offices with ENT physicians, treating a wide variety of patients. I worked for a hearing aid manufacturer doing sales and training. Most recently I have been working at Hearing Lab. I have been with hearing lab since 2015. I am very fortunate that I can say that I love coming to work each day. I have the opportunity to meet many different people and experience the difference improving hearing has on my patients, as well as their families.
Jessica Soszynski
Regional Administrative Coordinator
Jessica received her diploma and certification for Medical Office Assistant and Pharmacy Technician from Penn Foster. Since graduating in 2007, she’s obtained many years of experience working at Northshore University Healthsystems. While assisting with patients daily, she learned that her passion lays in her contribution to the continued healthcare of others. Having a loved one affected by Dementia and learning about its link to hearing loss, she found her direction towards work in this field. When she came across Hearing Lab, she knew it was where she needed to be. “Witnessing patients go from distancing themselves from social situations and family gatherings to reconnecting to their lives and loved ones, is absolutely rewarding.” She strives in making the hearing health of patients a priority so they may continue to experience all the joys that hearing brings.
